The Pembroke Fire Department will be open Sunday, October 27, to allow residents of the community to recharge after the storm that left numerous people without power in southeast Christian County.
Pembroke Fire Chief Nick Belair announced Saturday night the fire station will open this morning at 8:00 to allow community members to recharge any power devices. People are also invited to stop by for a cup of coffee or a drink and warm up.
The Pembroke Fire Department is located at 118 Maple Street in Pembroke.
