Hopkinsville Man Charged With Endangering The Welfare Of A Minor

A Hopkinsville man was arrested after a traffic stop for not wearing a seatbelt Tuesday morning.

Hopkinsville Police say 24-year-old Raymond Hill was stopped on Glass Avenue and found to have marijuana in the vehicle, no insurance and no driver’s license.

A 7-month-old child was also in an improperly installed car seat.

Hill is charged with possession of marijuana and endangering the welfare of a minor.

He was also cited for failure to have insurance, failure to wear a seatbelt and failure to use child restraint device.
