A crash involving a tractor-trailer and a pickup truck on KY 139 in Caldwell County left the roadway closed through the evening hours Wednesday.
Caldwell County Emergency Manager Joey McCaslin told the News Edge the crash occurred shortly after 6:30 at Rock Springs Hill between Rock Springs Road and Silver Star School Road just south of Princeton. The wreck involved a tractor-trailer that hit a pickup truck. No word has been released about the seriousness of the injuries to those involved in the wreck.
McCaslin says due to a diesel fuel spill, KY 139 was closed for several hours. The roadway was reopened to traffic Wednesday night around 11:30.
