A Madisonville woman was arrested following an assault on Lawrence Street fight Saturday morning.
Madisonville Police report officers responded to the emergency room at Baptist Health in reference to an assault that occurred at 365 Lawrence Street shortly before 11:30 a.m. The victim, 20-year old Dimantasia Kimbrew of Madisonville reported while at the residence she was attacked and stabbed in the arm by 32-year old Bridgett Miller. Police say Miller was located at the home and was taken into custody.
Miller was charged with 2nd Degree Assault and booked into the Hopkins County Detention Center.
