Pennyrile Electric has reached a milestone qualifying them for the Governor’s Safety and Health Award, which embodies excellence in workplace safety. As of June 21st, Pennyrile Electric employees worked 807 days and 500,228 hours without a lost time accident. The Kentucky Labor Cabinet presents the Governor’s Safety and Health Award to highlight outstanding safety and health performance in Kentucky’s workplaces.
Spokesman Brent Gilkey says safety is a top priority at Pennyrile Electric.
