Authorities say a Russellville woman was arrested Wednesday afternoon for growing marijuana and possessing meth.

The Logan County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy went to a home in the 300 block of Mud River Valley Road in Russellville shortly before 2pm regarding an investigation. While at the residence, the deputy reportedly found methamphetamine, marijuana and eight marijuana plants and several items of drug paraphernalia.

32-year Misti Dawn Crawford was taken into custody and booked into the Logan County Jail charged with 1st Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth), Possession of Marijuana, Cultivating Marijuana (5 plants or more), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

The sheriff’s office says the deputy was assisted on scene by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services.
