No students were injured when a Christian County school bus was hit by a vehicle Wednesday morning on Lafayette Road. Christian County Public Schools’ Communications Director John Rittenhouse says the wreck occurred near the Memory Lane intersection.

The driver of the vehicle was reportedly hurt and transported to Jennie Stuart Medical Center. Rittenhouse says students were unloaded from the bus, loaded onto another school bus and taken to school. He says the bus involved in the wreck was towed from the scene.
