A traffic stop on North Main Street over the weekend landed a Hopkinsville man behind bars after police say he was driving under the influence with an infant in the vehicle. Hopkinsville Police report an officer made the traffic stop on a vehicle with an unlit license plate in the 700 block of North Main Street shortly before 11:00 Saturday night.
Police say the driver, 20-year old Raemarkeus Jackson, stated he had smoked marijuana about 30 to 45 minutes before the traffic stop.
