Law enforcement officials will host a town hall meeting Thursday at The Way Christian Youth Center to help ease safety concerns in the wake of the Marshall County High School shooting. Trigg County Sheriff Ray Burnam says Thursday’s meeting will be a chance to get some questions answered about how to respond during a threatening situation.
Burnam says they are expanding on tips provided by Homeland Security.
He says the meeting is designed for students and parents.
Burnam adds the meeting is being held following several request by parents in the community.
The meeting will begin at 6:00 at The Way and is open to all students and parents.
