Two Elkton Men Facing DUIs

Two Elkton men are now facing DUIs and other charges following two separate traffic stops on Friday.

Todd County Sheriff Tracy White and Deputy Kevin Saunders stopped 51-year old Thomas Russell Moore on South Main Street in Elkton. The officers determined he was driving under the influence, and a search of his vehicle revealed marijuana.

Moore was charged for his fifth DUI in 10 years, as well as driving on a DUI suspended license, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving and driving without insurance and expired tags.

Friday night, Sheriff White pulled over 35-year old Charles Anthony Case on Davis Mill Road and discovered he, too, was driving under the influence. Additionally, officers found marijuana and drug paraphernalia on Case's person.

Case was arrested and charged with his fourth DUI, as well as reckless driving, marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession charges.
