During a search at the Christian County Jail, police say a small plastic baggie containing meth was found in Hill's private area. Hill was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs, 1st Degree Promoting Contraband, 1st Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth), and Tampering with Physical Evidence.
As a result of the traffic stop, police say they obtained a search warrant for at home located at 117 West 15th Street where seven Hopkinsville residents were taken into custody and charged with 1st Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The individuals arrested and charged were 37-year old Sherita Bussell, 57-year old Terry Simpson, 28-year old Brianna Beam, 22-year old Megan Thompson, 43-year old Edmund Cunningham, 21-year old Rebecca King, and 28-year old Thelma Latham.
