Scott Brown handles most of the sports duties for Ham Broadcasting. In addition to providing daily sports news on this blog, he broadcasts high school football, basketball and baseball games on WKDZ and WHVO. He also hosts the Saturday Morning Sports Report on WKDZ - one of the few local sports programs in the area. Trigg Golfers, Choate win again

Trigg County easily won a quad match with Livingston Central, Crittenden County, and Lyon County Monday at Boots Randolph Golf Course.

Trigg's 153 was better than both Crittenden (169) and Livingston Central (190). Lyon did not field a complete team.

Nick Choate earned medalist honors for the fourth straight match, shooting a 1-under-par 35.  Cole Gardner shot an even par 36, and Jackson Vinson and Carter Sholar each shot a 41.

Lyon County's Cullen Brown shot a 39.

For the ladies, Trigg County's Madison Chaney shot a 3-over 39, while Lyon County's Kailyn Houk shot a 50.

Trigg County will host Calloway County, Murray, and Clarksville Tuesday at Boots Randolph Golf Course.
