Hoppers Fall to Madisonville 3-2

Madisonville got a walk-off double in the bottom of the ninth inning to snap Hoptown's three-game winning streak with a 3-2 win at Elmer Kelley Stadium.  The Hopper loss drops them a game behind the Pirates and Dubois County in the standings.

Hoptown (5-4) returns home for a doubleheader tonight with Madisonville at Tiger Stadium.  The first game starts at 5pm.

Meanwhile, Dubois County edged Fulton 2-1 in 10 innings and Owensboro hammered Marion 14-2.  The teams will play each other again tonight.
